Geez, finally I get the opportunity to pack a bunch of our junk up that we think we can't live without for three days and load it, the kids, a kid's friend and the dogs in the vehicle to pitch a tent somewhere and I can't find one single available spot to do it! So now instead of pitching a tent, I want to pitch a fit! Some might say that pitching a fit is not deviating far from the norm for me but when I decide to do something, I want to do it and do it NOW! Who would have thought that you need to plan a camping trip on Memorial Day weekend a year in advance? Obviously this information has been shared with everyone on the planet BUT me because I am convinced that the entire population of the planet is camping in Missouri this weekend! UGGHH!
Another UGGHHH....we ended up in the ER with Lillianne last night! If you have talked to me at all in the last couple of weeks, you know that I HATE our local ER! (Flashback a couple of weeks ) We spent over 4 hours there WAITING while the staff sat at the desk and we were shoved into a 9x9 cell in the dark recesses of the hospital with a screaming sick 13 month old only to be told hours later they didn't have a clue what was wrong with her. Their advice? "Take her to her pediatrician in the morning" and leave your $50 copay at the door! It was her ped that sent us there in the first place. (Cut to last night) Lillianne was playing at Grandma's and the next thing we know she is crying and can't be consoled. This is not my child, Lillianne hardly ever cries and if she does, is easily consoled. She is holding her arm next to her and won't move it....I fear nurse maid's elbow, she's had it before and so did her big sister when she was little. We take her to the ER, tell them it is nurse maid's elbow and she needs it adjusted and put back into place. The ER doc attempted (we will use this term lightly) to put it back into place and ordered an x-ray. (real reason for x-ray to be revealed momentarily) The x-ray of course if fine and I insist that it is her elbow! One more quick attempt and presto, it's back in place and she is fine. I'm thinking after hours clinic = $15 copay, nope, x-ray was done...presto! it becomes ER visit=$50! Did I tell you yet that I hate our local ER?? Lillianne is fine, we came home and she ate a big dinner and went right to sleep! Today she is terrorizing her brothers and Sophie (our baby boxer).
One more UGGHHH for the day.....Laundry! My mom did the math one day and realized that our family of 6 goes thru at least 60 items requiring laundering. This does not take into account the complete wardrobe changes done by a preteen! Ok, I had soccer tournaments this weekend and we spent all day at the zoo yesterday, no laundry was done for 4 days, this comes out to at least 240 things that need to be washed! HELP!

I am LMAO at the amount of laundry. We only have a family of 3 and I don't think we are that far behind.
What's wrong with wanting things done NOW? I usually want something done YESTERDAY!! And Sam is definitely his mama's son when it comes to that, too!
