No blogging for me for a few days.....funny how this has become such an addiction for me. A couple of months ago I had never heard of blogging and now I am always thinking "that would be good to blog about!".
We are off to the lake for the holiday weekend and will be watching the fireworks Monday night from the boat in the middle of the lake. Woo Hoo!!
It is always so beautiful and I am hoping that after this winter's photography class, I have learned enough to get some great pictures. I'm looking forward to a couple of days of R&R: boating, jet skiing, BBQing and just vegging!
We had dinner tonight with Kurt's sister and her family, they are in from MN for a short visit. We had a really nice time and dinner at my Mother In laws is always yummy. We had a little early birthday party for Evan with that side of the family since we will be at the lake on his actual b-day. Nothing beats a Dairy Queen birthday cake!! Evan's a lucky little man, he will get to have another b-day party at the lake with more cake and presents. I want to be six again!
I look forward to catching up on my blog reading when I get back. With this crew, I am sure that there will be some stories to tell. Have a Happy and very safe 4th of July celebration.
