Well, the most exciting thing that will be happening in my life today will be the mopping of the kitchen floor. I know you wish you could be me today! LOL !!! Usually Kurt does the mopping for me, the cranky hip doesn't always cooperate with getting up and down to scrub, but I am feeling picky and am going to get into all of the deep corners he doesn't always realize exist.
We have school orientation today for Miss Morgie. We will find out if pre-algebra has been put on her schedule, there was language shared that the classes were pretty full. If it's not on there, I have the curriculum in the shopping basket ready to be ordered. We have to turn in soccer forms today, too. I am going to have 3 soccer players this season. Evan is playing for the first time, Layne wants to give it another go and Morgan is playing with P-ville and J'son. FUN FUN!
I do love the sport and we have such a great time with the parents that have become our friends. I THINK that Kurt is going to coach or assistant coach Morgan's rec team this season. She really wants him to and he is leaning towards it. He will have to sign on the dotted line tonight. I think he is just worried about work schedule but it can be worked out. He was actually going to play the adult league, really wanted to but his knee is acting up badly. He has had an MRI and we see an orthopedic surgeon next week. As much as he wanted to play, any more damage might be too permanent. Another ghost of the past accident coming to visit, he landed on that knee and it hasn't been good since but it has gone from bad to worse. I pray he doesn't have to have surgery, hopefully it can be handled with some therapy.
The kids ended up doing pretty well with the shots, Lillianne was clingy last night but I don't mind that at all. I will take all of the snugs she is willing to offer. She is usually to busy to sit down and give love for very long. She has started to stop playing, run and find Kurt or I and hug our legs and blow us sugars. I could just squeeze this child to pieces! She reminds me so much of her sister at that age. Morgan was such a happy and BUSY toddler! The boys were always so loving and wanted snuggles non stop! I love seeing how alike, yet how different my children are. I love the people that they are becoming.
OK, off to hang some laundry and scrub that floor.....YUCK!
Say a prayer for my inlaws today, they are heading north on a long road trip to visit with my SIL and her family. Have a safe, safe trip!

I will defintely say a prayer for the inlaws if they are going to visit who I think they are!
Good luck with the cleaning. Sucks doesn't it!
LOL Melissa! Nope, different ones!:)
There really is a difference between male cleaning and female cleaning, isn't there? If my hubby does the dishes then the pots end up in the sink soaking and the counters and table don't quite get wiped off. Hmmm.
I hope your hip makes it through the scrubbing. Thanks for the sweet comments on the diapers.
XOXO

Woohoo Dottie...nice job attracting spammers, lol. ;)
Lots of soccer to go to this season, huh. Do your kids' games ever happen at the same time? Or do they have it to where different ages play at differnt times for parents like you. :)
Thoughtsglalore...I have to differ with you on the dishes, lol. If my hubby does them, he DOES them. Me...I wash a few, soak a few, and leave the rest for in the morning!
