Hello blogging buddies, family and friends! Hope this finds you all having a great week, our's is a great one so far and seems to only be getting better. I had a nice long talk with my sister, my Mom and my friend Amy today. Amy and I don't get to talk as much anymore b/c of work and family obligations but when we do it's always great to laugh and catch up. We promised each other that we would get together and have lunch, dinner or something, even if it's just to wallpaper a room, we've had some of our best laughs wall papering her house!

The kids had soccer games this last weekend and they each won all of them. Morgan scored two of the three goals in her game and Evan just had fun. You have to love kindergarten soccer! Morgan had a volleyball game last night and they won easily and quickly, She served for quite a few points. The girls all did so well, they have really come together as a team. We Mom's were talking last night about a Moms vs. Daughters volleyball match up! How fun (um...funny) would that be! Mom was able to join us at the game last night. I picked the boys up from school and drove out to DQ for some ice cream, I didn't tell them that Mom would be joining us and they were so surprised. Layne said that his day just keeps getting better and better! LOL He had gotten candy at school, got to be parent pick up and then to see his MeMaw! After the game we all went to eat Chinese and get miserable! LOL

Miss Lilli is cutting eye teeth this week, I feel so badly for her and do what I can to make her more comfortable but her little gums are so swollen. I wish they would just come in and be done with it. She has really expanded her vocabulary these last couple of days and loves to yell "Daddy" all of the time. She looks for her Daddy when she wakes up in the morning, she will go from room to room calling his name so then we page him so she can say hello!

We were talking with some of our friends at the game about planning our trip to the lake next summer together. They have gone with us before for a long weekend and with our kids being so similar in age, we had such a great time. We promised two of Kurt's old classmates and their families that we would take them again so I am going to have to start planning some dates. I was looking forward to a little winter but after talking about the lake, I'm missing it already....Mom and I talked last night and we are determined to spend more time over there next summer. This summer just seemed to fly by so quickly and too much was going on.

They are talking about another hurricane heading towards the coastline this next week. News reports say that Wilma is continually strengthening and could be very destructive. You have to wonder how much more people can take, people have been stretched to their limits and then some already. I pray that it takes another course and remains at sea.

The Lily Pad is going well. Customer orders are coming in and the web optimization seems to be paying off. There is still so much about internet marketing that I do not know, I am working to educate myself on that now. The wealth of information out there is so overwhelming that sometimes I'm not sure where to start and think that even if you were able to learn it all, by the time you had there would be tons more new information. I have joined several groups with women that have started their own internet companies. That is a great way to share ideas, things that have worked and things that haven't as well as promote your business.

It's time to watch "The Amazing Race - Family Edition" with my crew. Happy blogging and have a great week!

By the way, can any of you AOL users share the customer service number with me? Thanks!
