It's Been Awhile!
Here I am 12 days after my last post and I had told myself that I would be better at this.

The last few weeks have found us at numerous soccer games, volleyball games, girl scout meetings and various other activities. This last weekend Morgan, Lillianne, one of Morgan's friends and I spent a girl's weekend in TN at a soccer tournament. Kurt kept the boys home and they had a guy's weekend cutting wood and doing things around the house. Layne was a big help in stacking the wood and helping out, he was so proud when Kurt paid him for his help. Evan wasn't much help but he wasn't feeling so well, I don't think. Morgan had an amazing soccer weekend scoring four goals, two of them she headed in on corner kicks. It was amazing and each time she was tackled with hugs from her team members! We had fun shopping between games, watching movies in the evening and eating out at restaurants that the boys typically wouldn't like going to. Kurt and the boys got tons of wood cut for the winter and were spoiled by Grandma since Mommy was gone! When we got home I was swamped with hugs all day, it is good to be missed! LOL

Monday night Morgan had a home volleyball game that we were all able to go to. Grandma and Grandpa made it to the game and Morgan had a great night. She got a couple of kills and served 7 points to win the second match. Mom is coming home this weekend and is really looking forward to seeing her game this next Monday night.

Kurt celebrated his 35th birthday Sunday so we enjoyed some family time, had dinner with Grandpa and Grandma and the kids put candles in a pumpkin pie for him. We were in the van and Evan asked me how old Daddy was now and I told him "OLD" and laughed, Evan didn't miss a beat and said "I know, but how many numbers is he?" We all died laughing and get to pick on Kurt for being older than me for the next 9 months!

Lillianne's vocabulary has really grown over the last several weeks. I love hearing her little voice and watching her as she "gets" things. Making the connection and understanding. She is such a sweetie, she will just drop whatever she is doing to run across the room to hug us and then go back to playing. Every night she loves to crawl up onto the couch to snuggle Daddy. She knows that when it is time for bed, Daddy will let her stay on the couch with him for awhile! She has that man wrapped up!

My new little niece Faith was able to come home on Saturday. She is doing really well, still very tiny at around 4 lbs but doing very well. Mom is going to be able to come home on Friday and is looking forward to spending some time here with the kids. I can't believe that she has been gone over a month.

Business is going well, the optimization is in the process of taking affect and I am getting customers from all over. I still have to add several lines and am gearing up for the Christmas season.

Once again, I will try to do better at blogging and reading blogs. Something happened to my blog roll list and I have tried to add those that I had saved in favorites and could remember. Some are missing, if yours is and you want me to add it again, just let me know!
Have a great week!
