Lifeless Limbs
It's no longer raining, it's not so cold anymore, it's rather windy and Lillianne has no fever! You could say we are having a better day today!

I stayed up to late watching "Monster In Law".....all I can say is OH MY GOD! That was the MIL from hell!!! It really makes me appreciate what a great MIL I have, all the more. I have "The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants" to watch tonight so I guess it will be another late one. I do have to say that I do enjoy the quiet along with having complete and utter control of the remote control! The power is all mine!!!! (insert evil little laugh) Everyone is asleep though so no one gets to witness my power, it loses a little bit of it's appeal. Unless you count Sophie who will wag her nub tail for a moment and then go back to sleep.

Lillianne still had a temp this morning when she woke up, or was awoken by Evan's impassioned speech about why there was NO NEED for him to go to kindergarten this morning. Late night watching movie meets loud, obnoxious 6 year old equals.....Handy Hubby handles 6 year old so things stay pretty!

Back to Lilli....she went back to sleep as soon as everyone left the house. She wanted me to snuggle on the couch with her, not the big couch...the love seat, then proceeded to fall asleep on me. My legs were at an odd angle when I fell back to sleep. Sophie thought it would be a great idea to join us (60 plus lbs or so of Boxer). She proceeds to lay on legs that are at the odd angle. The phone rings and I have had the foresight to bring it to the couch with me, only to find that no amount of foresight could have predicted what followed. I try to pick up my arms and both fling forward ontheir own free will, without any feeling whatsoever. Who knows how long they had been devoid of circulation. Flailing limbs proceed to smack into my stomach and onto Sophie (who gives an annoyed grunt and continues to snore). I try to pick up the phone but it's no use. Of course, someone has shut the answering machine off so the phone continues to ring, loudly......I'm trying desperately to turn it off but I couldn't get my hands to cooperate and I couldn't even use my toes if I had wanted to try because they were anchored down by the canine! Finally the persistant person on the other end surmises that after 20 plus rings, chances are I'm not going to answer! Braniac! Geez....5 rings, maybe 8 in case the person you are calling can't find the phone but give it up already after 10! Thankfully Lilli stayed sleeping and I was able to find a position that would allow vital life blood to continue to flow into my appendages and we slept comfortably for the next hour. When she woke she was fever free and has remained so thru out the day. YEAH!

We watched another episode of American Idol tonight. I was literally embarassed for some of these people. You would think that there was someone in the world that loved these people enough to be honest with them. Hey...I love you and you are talented in so many ways but singing just isn't for you. ACK!! It was just painful to watch! Humorous as hell but painful!

Well, it's movie time... till tomorrow!
Here's Lillianne sporting a lovely rash and the latest in hair fashions....

Hope you baby feels better soon!

She sure is CUTE!!!

Yeah she is cute BUT my grandchildren are the cutest. (Notice I did not say my kids)

Woman, you must beg forgiveness for treating the remote that way. Do you not know that you have crossed the line into a man's world?

Enjoy your blogs.
